I'm an expert in using IT to help companies run more efficiently and effectively. Drawing on fifteen years of Operations Management and Marketing line management experience, I understand business processes and how to make them work properly. 

Whether working to implement or run NetSuite CRM & ERP, or using BI and eCommerce capabilities to bring tech products to market, I always love a difficult intellectual challenge.
